Music production is the art of transforming a vision into a track. The roll of music producer is to meet the artist's vision where it is. That might mean working from a Garage Band™️ demo, or even some lyrics and chords scrawled on a napkin. The artist and producer work together to create a demo of each song, and then call in studio musicians (if necessary) for the final recording. Once vocals are recorded and the track is mixed, that song is ready to spread its little wings and fly!
